Google calendars are very cool. They let you view your own calendar as well as anyone else. Many people like to compare their schedules. An easier way to do this is to send requests to see the person's calendar. This picture shows my schedule and my friend Ryan's schedule. Hope you enjoy this as much as I did.

Many people in the line of business enjoy this when having a meeting with someone who does not live in the same area as them.

Google Voice is a very cool helper.

Google Voice is a way to connect your home phone, cell phone, and even your work phone to the same number. All you have to do is type the number in and then Google will call the number and you will have to verify by typing in two numbers.
